Join Chhattisgarh Agricon Samiti

Chhattisgarh Agricon Samiti is a non-governmental organization, registered in 2007 under the Societies Registration Act (1973). Over the years, we have touched the lives of over 1 million people across 16 districts of Chhattisgarh.

Nearly three-fourths of the families CAS works with belong to Scheduled Tribes. CAS is continuously expanding its activities across different areas of Chhattisgarh.

Focusing on the overall quality of life of the beneficiaries, CAS extensively intervenes on major themes such as Sustainable Agriculture and allied livelihood, Environment and Ecosystem and Community Mental health & Psychosocial Support.

CAS harnesses the power of more than 10,000 youth volunteers across CG; local level influencers; and Information, communication & Technology methods to effectively implement all its projects and programs. Many of our interventions are backed by the concepts of social behavioral change communication.

At CAS, we are committed to making remarkable changes in the lives of people.

CAS brings together development professionals, practitioners, academics, researchers, trainers, and policy makers to work collaboratively in building the resilience of different communities. Our partners, including donors and government agencies, stand resolutely behind us to effect this. At CAS, you will have the opportunity to use your skills and knowledge to both understand issues comprehensively and solve issues by working closely with different communities and ecosystems.

Compensation and benefits at CAS are commensurate with the skills and experience you bring to the table. CAS ensures that all of us benefit too through shared learnings, and adequate monetary value of your time and skills, while together we ensure the benefit of our beneficiaries.

Our team is drawn from across the country. We value a diverse workforce and are an equal opportunity employer. We treat all our employees equally, regardless of their gender, background, religion and social origin or any other personal identity.

Note: We at CAS have a zero-tolerance policy on the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and promote safeguarding and protection of all children.
