Local-level influencers, including District heads, BLO, Panchayat members, Sarpanchs, headmasters, teachers, and other community leaders, emerge as crucial enablers for Chhattisgarh Agricon Samiti (CAS). Functioning as resource persons, they effectively communicate CAS interventions, acting as conduits for disseminating information within the community. These influencers go beyond their roles, becoming role models for positive change, inspiring community members to embrace and actively participate in our programs. Their influence helps unite the community towards a common goal, fostering a collective commitment to transformative change. CAS recognizes and values the instrumental role played by these local influencers in catalyzing community-driven development in Chhattisgarh. 

A prime illustration of local influencers at the grassroots level is found in the ‘Kavir Kisan’ group of farmers. Comprising individuals who embrace risk, exhibit a keen interest in adopting diverse practices, and are open to learning new methods, experimenting with innovative equipment, and cultivating various crops, this group is dedicated to improving both their own well-being and environmental sustainability.
